Refund policy

Returns are accepted with the following conditions:

While I want you to be happy with your purchase, I understand sometimes mistakes are made and you might have ordered the wrong size, color, or just don't like the item.  You may return items for a refund of the original cost paid for the product(s).  Please contact me prior to the return so I know to look out for the package.  Unfortunately if an error was made by the customer, I do not cover return shipping and would not refund for the original shipping fees paid.  If the error was on our end, you will be sent a return shipping label to send the items back.

All Items must be returned using adequate packing materials to ensure no damage is done.  When item(s) are received in original condition, the refund will be issued, less any original shipping fees collected.    If you have any questions about this policy please feel free to contact us. 

If you requested a specific product and I place an order with my vendor based on your request, those items are not returnable.  A deposit or full payment for those items will most likely be collected before the order is placed.
