Shipping policy

I will ship most weekdays, depending on the volume of orders and the timing in which the orders are received.  All orders are shipped in the order they are received.  Most orders are shipped next day.  

Packages are sent USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package) - and should be received within 3-8 days of ship date.  Tracking is provided and should be researched before contacting the shop to request status. If your package states it's been delivered, but you don't have it, you need to contact your postal carrier, or local post office for more information.  I am unable to trace it down after it's marked delivered.
