These beads have a unique window feature that looks really neat when used on leather. My first idea was to use a small seed bead but you need a VERY small bead to fit in that window. With leather you can easily slide a 1.5mm cord through the hole and it's visible in the "window".

These beads are approximately 3.5mm thick with a window cut out in the center measuring 3x3.25mm
